Framingham Includes All (FIA) is a year-round recreation program that provides accessible social activities, outings/field trips, as well as competitive and non-competitive opportunities for individuals with and without special needs.
Participants of all levels are welcome to attend.
We welcome participants from surrounding communities as well!
Support for this program is provided by dedicated staff & volunteers, the Framingham Disability Commission, the Framingham Lions Club, and the Framingham Parks & Recreation Department.
Please note that transportation to / from FIA events is NOT included, unless specified.

When creating your account, please be transparent about the participant's disability. This information is only used by the administration to ensure the participant receives the proper assistance while in this program.
All participants must fill out a participation packet once per calendar year. Get a free t-shirt when submitting your packet!

Coloring Club: Color club is a night of coloring. We will provide coloring pages of all levels of detail. Mandala’s and adult coloring pages, as well as more simplistic pictures of your favorite characters. You can choose to free draw or color and number of pages while enjoying pleasant conversation, and a calm environment. Attendance each week is not mandatory; come when you are able! Pre-registration is required- this is not a drop-in program
Hiking Club: Hiking club is a social club focused on getting some exercise by walking, enjoying nature in the woods, and socializing with others while we do it. Hikes will include up and down over uneven terrain. Hikes will not be at a fast pace and will be Easy to Moderate in difficulty. Pre-registration is required- this is not a drop-in program
Mini-Golf League: What is better than a relaxing day mini golfing? Come join our Sunday Open Mini Gold league at Putts and More in Holliston. Prizes will be given at the end of the season for; Lowest Score, Most improved, Best attitude, most games played, and more! Transportation is not provided.
