IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Welcome to the
Framingham Parks & Recreation activity registration system and website. This program allows you to streamline the registration process, eliminate repeat registration forms, give the ability to use credit & debit cards, and give you the freedom to register for programs after normal business hours, from home, or on the go! 

We encourage you to Create an Account with all your household information as soon as possible. By doing this, you’ll be able to provide us with emergency contacts, allergy/medical information & more so we can serve you better.  Please be sure to enter your cell phone number with the carrier so that we can text you with any last minute changes.  Please add all of your household members to the account.  Your new household account will provide you with registration history, financial history and much more.

All of our programs will be offered in real time and 100% of our spaces are available for all programs (unless otherwise noted) on a first-come, first-served basis.  Therefore, programs will only be kept in your ‘shopping cart’ for a maximum of 15 minutes before they are released for someone else to take advantage of.

COVID PROGRAMMING MESSAGE

Your Parks & Recreation Department is committed to offering our community safe recreation options during these ever-changing times. In doing so, flexibility is essential, and many of our programs will be offered in-person, with the availability to go virtual if needed.  While participating in our programs, please be assured that all state and local health and safety measures are being adhered to.  As regulations and guidance change, so will our policies.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Our programming line-up will be constantly changing and we will be adding programs as they become available. Registration will be held by a *rolling enrollment* as opposed to our typical *registration day*. We will continue to announce new programs on our website and social media pages. However, please check our website regularly for a full listing.


If you would like to be notified by email when our programs will be available, registration dates, etc. please choose "opt in" for "General Announcements" within your account profile.  We typically send out quarterly announcements.  For the most up-to-date listing, please check our website regularly. 

If you do not have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone you may register for our programs in person at our office.  A staff member is always available, should you need assistance.

ADA INFORMATION
The City of Framingham values inclusion and intends to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  We welcome people with and without disabilities to register for our programs.  If you need a reasonable modification of policies, auxiliary aides, or services, please contact us at least two weeks before the program/event, or as soon as you register.  If necessary, parents or aides are welcome to attend with participants.  If you have specific questions in regard to a program, please do not hesitate to call our office at 508-532-5960.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE INFORMATION

The Framingham Parks & Recreation Department has a commitment to providing leisure opportunities to all residents of Framingham regardless of financial status. Financial assistance is available for any Parks & Recreation Department sponsored program. Requests are limited to up to 50% reduction of one program per child each season.  A maximum of $100 per child, per calendar year will be considered. Framingham Parks & Recreation follows the national poverty guidelines when determining awards.

SOME IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Please remember that all recreation programs are non-refundable, class sizes are limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early!
- The Department is not responsible for missed classes due to the participant's inability to attend or lack of attendance (this includes COVID-related sickness or quarantine)

- All non-residents are subject to an additional non-resident fee and may have different registration dates.
- All services and fees are subject to change.
- We do not send course confirmation.  Please consider your registration accepted upon complete payment and emailed receipt.

- Participants must meet the age requirement for a program by the FIRST DAY of the class.  Children must be toilet trained to attend any programs unaccompanied by an adult.
- The Department will make every effort to reschedule a class that has been cancelled due to inclement weather or circumstance out of our control.
