Track and field runners at the starting block
Participants will have the opportunity to explore various track and field events while being Coached by Framingham High School track Coaches.

The program aims to foster a supportive environment where students can improve their physical fitness, set personal goals, and build confidence in their abilities.

Whether students are seasoned athletes or new to the sport, the program encourages participation and growth in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, promoting lifelong healthy habits and a love for athletics.

Please bring a water bottle!
