Adult Ballet

Dancers 18+ with previous dance experience are welcome. An enjoyable class, taught by experienced Metrowest Dance Academy faculty, that builds technique, strength, and alignment. Each session begins with traditional barre work to develop foundational skills and then transitions into center exercises.
Wear comfortable clothing, hair tied back and ballet shoes. 

The Metrowest Dance Academy is located at 92 Blandin Ave unit D, Framingham, MA 01702 on the second floor.
