Summit Series: Our signature conditioning class with a balance of strength work using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable training and more! Those looking for overall better cardiovascular conditioning and building general lean muscle mass.

Sports Performance Training: These classes are semi-private (up to 8-1 ratio) to maximize training experience while maintaining a team atmosphere!

Alpine Youth Training: Introduction to basic foundational exercise movement and sports skills for ages 9-12. 

This is an introductory class to Alpine Gym including instruction and fitness education.  
Enrollment in this class is limited to one session.  If you would like to continue participation after the session has ended, you must register directly through Alpine Gym.

DIRECTIONS TO ALPINE GYM (9 River Way, Framingham, MA 01701):
- Take Concord Street to Watson Place.

- Continue on Watson Place, past the building on your right to the small parking area on your right.
- The entrance door will be facing you on the right.
- Parking is available anywhere in the back parking lot (off of Watson Place)
