Get ready for an exciting and fun-filled experience with our Flag Football Program! Designed for boys and girls ages 5-13, this program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of football in a safe, non-contact environment. Participants will learn essential skills such as passing, catching, running routes, and defensive strategies while building teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.

Our program is perfect for beginners as well as those with prior experience. We emphasize skill development through drills, friendly competition, and games, ensuring every child has a positive and engaging experience. 

Whether your child is looking to develop their athletic abilities or simply have fun with friends, our Flag Football Program offers an exciting way to stay active and make lasting memories!
  • Please bring a water bottle and snack. Wear comfortable clothes to participate. 
  • Sneakers are mandatory.
