Registration for Spring/Summer programs will begin on February 2nd for Framingham residents @ 9am. For non - residents registration will begin on February 9th @ 9am.  The tennis clinic instructors give each participant personal attention and age appropriate instruction, ranging from basic skills to match play strategy.Please bring  your racket, water bottle, snack, and sneakers. Clinics will be held Monday through Thursday with Friday as a rain date______________________________***New Requirement: Immunization and Physical Records***The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) has recently updated the 105 CMR 430 Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children. As a result, we are now required to collect immunization records for all summer program participants.This is a new process for both our department and the DPH, and we appreciate your patience as we implement these changes.What You Need to DoSubmit Immunization and Physical Records: Deadline: Records must be received at least 1 week prior to your program’s start date. Late Submissions: Records received after this deadline will not be accepted, and your child will not be allowed to participate. Refund Policy: Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for missed deadlines due to contractual obligations with our vendors. How to Submit: Email the immunization record to: Anthony Tolson Jr, Recreation Supervisor atolson@framinghamma.gov Email Subject Line: IMMUNIZATION REPORT – [Child’s Full Name] Email Body: Please include your child’s name again and list the dates and names of the program(s) they are enrolled in.  Please send 1 email per participant.
