The general aim of the program will be to introduce, educate, and then develop athletes to whatever opportunities they are prepared for.  There will be a built in option to be involved in weekend meets vs other towns, and future competition in high school. The program is designed to foster a supportive environment where students can improve their physical fitness, set personal goals, and build confidence in their abilities. Whether students are seasoned athletes or new to the sport, the program encourages participation and growth in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, promoting lifelong healthy habits and a love for athletics.Please bring a water bottle!
